ACCOMMODATIONS
Rooms are reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn, Arvada, CO
Rate is $159 per night, plus hotel and sales tax.
(We will provide you a hotel code to take advantage of our group rate. Please wait for this code to reserve your room.You must reserve your room with this code to receive this rate).
Campers check-in on September 13th, 2026 (Sunday) between 2-4 PM. Camp activities start at 5PM. Camp ends on Friday morning after breakfast, then luthiers & artists for the Archtop festival begin load in and preparation for their welcome reception.
Campers have the option of checking out on Friday, Sept. 18th, or remaining for all or part of the Rocky Mountain Archtop Festival (through Sunday, September 20).
MEALS
A full hot and cold breakfast is included with your room.
Each camper will receive a complimentary boxed lunch for each day of the camp.
Each camper is responsible for their own dinners (there are numerous food offerings in the vicinity of the hotel).
All other snacks, alcohol, room service, etc. are the responsibility of each camper.
DATES

POLICIES
Age requirement: Participation is limited to those eighteen (18) years of age and older.
Cancellations and Refunds: We can refund 50% for cancellations made before July 15, 2026. We are not able to provide refunds for cancellations made on or after July 15, 2026. This reflects the difficulty of producing events that require a certain number of participants in order to plan for and to succeed. Once we have your registration, we commit to the venue, the instructors, the meals, and the staff.
Filling Your Spot: If another camper is able to take your place, we will work to substitute them, and in that case we will refund your tuition. This is the best outcome for everyone, and it's worth telling us as early as you can — the more notice we have, the better our chances of filling the seat.
Tuition Is Not Transferable: We know life happens, and we're genuinely sorry when someone has to miss a camp they were looking forward to. But we can't roll tuition forward to a future session. Every registration commits us to real costs for that camp — venue, instructors, meals, staff — and those costs stay on our books whether or not the seat is filled. Carrying tuition forward would mean paying for that seat twice. We'd love to see you at a future camp, and we hope you'll join us — but it will need to be a new registration. The one narrow exception concerns illness, described below.
If You Are Sick or Injured: Do not come to camp if you are ill or contagious. We spend the better part of a week in close quarters — classrooms, meals, jam sessions — and one sick attendee can put half the room out of commission. Please make the responsible decision and recuperate at home.
If illness or injury keeps you from attending, call us before camp begins and tell us what's going on. We will first try to fill your spot, which allows us to refund you. If we cannot fill it, we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable accommodation, decided case by case at our discretion. No one should feel pressured to travel sick in order to protect their tuition.
This provision is for genuine illness and injury. It is not a general cancellation option, and it does not apply to a change of plans or a change of mind.
Reservation of Rights: Frank Vignola’s Big Jersey Guitar Camp, Big Jersey, LLC, Big Jersey Music Camps, LLC, and Mile High Guitar Camp, (“Big Jersey” or “Company”), reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event, without the expressed written permission of persons included within the photograph/video. Big Jersey may use the photograph/video in print or digital publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Big Jersey including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites and all other media. A person attending the event who does not wish to have their image recorded for publication/distribution should make their wishes known upon registration. All likenesses of said individual will be obscured prior to any use by Company.
By participating in the event without prior notification, in writing, of your desire to withhold such permission for publication/distribution of images containing your photograph by Big Jersey, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Big Jersey from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Instructor Substitution: Big Jersey reserves the right, in the extremely rare event that an advertised instructor is not able to attend camp, to substitute an instructor of similar ability and stature.
Intellectual Property: Frank Vignola’s Big Jersey Guitar Camp, Big Jersey Music Camps, LLC, and Big Jersey, LLC (“Big Jersey” or “Company”) reserves all rights in the Intellectual Property comprising the various teaching approaches, methodologies and lessons presented at the Event.
Camp “No Taping” policy: We desire to create a ‘safe artistic space’ at out camps where participants can explore their creativity and expressive capacity freely. Accordingly, we have, and you agree to abide by, a strict “no taping” policy at our camps, and to refrain from any videotaping or audiotaping, by any means, any of the educational and/or performance activities at the Event.
Force Majeure: Big Jersey will not be liable to any camp participant for any failure, delay or disruption to provide services caused by a Force Majeure event, whether or not such matters were foreseeable, and any such failure or delay will not constitute any breach of Big Jersey’s obligations. “Force Majeure Event” means an event beyond the reasonable control of Big Jersey, that could not, by reasonable diligence, be avoided, including acts of God, acts of the public enemy, acts of war, invasion, insurrection, civil or social unrest, riot, action of a court or public authority, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine restriction, earthquake, typhoon, lighting, volcanic eruption, landslide, hurricane, tornado, explosion, tidal wave, fire, flood or other natural calamities, accidents or strikes, or travel cancelations, restrictions or bans due to the foregoing, that prevent, delay or interrupt the performance of any of Big Jersey’s obligations.
Agreement:
I have read and accept the above Policies of Frank Vignola’s Big Jersey Guitar Camp and Big Jersey, LLC, and I understand that my reservation/registration for Camp constitutes acceptance of and willingness to be bound by these Policies.
